Our Commitment to Keeping You Safe

We are excited to announce that in the coming weeks, we'll slowly start resuming "normal" library operations. We've missed you and are thankful for the support you've given our library this past year! On Tuesday, June 8, 2021, the Sutton Free Library Board of Trustees voted to re-open the library to brief in-person browsing on Monday, June 21, by appointment only. Contact us for available times. This decision is based on low levels of Covid-19 cases and increasing vaccination levels within the state.

It's been a long year, but medical professionals are in the news daily reminding us that, while tremendous progress is being made to provide vaccinations, we are not out of the woods yet. We urge you to hold the course. Being patient a little longer, and following all the protocols, will allow us to exit the pandemic knowing we have done everything in our power to keep our staff and patrons safe. Thank you for the understanding and support you have given our library staff during these difficult times. Your comments and questions are always welcomed!
